This policy applies to remote services purchased from E-Service Hub LLC. Contact info@eservice-hub.com with refund requests or service concerns.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we begin the agreed work, you are entitled to a full refund of your service payment. We confirm the scope and expected start or delivery arrangements before beginning an order.
After work begins
You may ask us to stop an order after work has started. We calculate the completed portion against the agreed scope, work performed, and pricing basis, explain the calculation, and refund the amount attributable to work not performed. We do not treat every remote or digital service as automatically non-refundable.
Incomplete or defective services
If a delivered service does not match the agreed requirements, contact us with a clear description of the issue. We will review it and offer an appropriate correction, re-performance, or refund for the affected portion. The response depends on the agreed scope and the issue; your applicable legal rights are not affected.
Changes of preference or new requirements outside the accepted scope may require a separate quote. This does not remove your entitlement to a refund for work not performed or a remedy for work that fails to meet the agreed requirements.
Third-party costs
We identify any hosting, domain, software, or license costs separately before you approve them. Third-party purchases and their own cancellation or refund conditions must be explained before you authorize them. We do not introduce undisclosed deductions or additional purchases after an order is accepted.
How to request a refund
Email us with your name, order or payment reference, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. Do not include full card numbers, security codes, or account passwords. We review the order and work status, explain the outcome, and confirm any refund amount with you.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. We confirm when a refund has been initiated. The payment provider or bank controls how long it takes to appear in your account, so processing time can vary.
